Inventory Control Coordinator
Summary: Oversees movement of inventory through the operations system in support of order fulfillment and to maintain accuracy of inventory levels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Document and oversee inventory movement procedures and ensure that they are followed
Responsible for all data entry regarding the movement of inventory
Establish and oversee formal cycle count programs and procedures
Plans, executes and reconciles physical inventories
Analyze variances in inventory and follow up with corrective action
Provides training for warehouse staff relating inventory control procedures
Prepares daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports for Operations, Finance and Sales departments
Must be able to life 30lbs without restriction.
Assists in projects as needed by the Director of Operations
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education/Experience/Skills:
High School degree, college preferred
At least 3 years work experience in similar position
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent MS Excel Skills
Familiarity with ERP software (MAS90)
Ability and availability to work full-time day shift
Possibility of irregular or extended hours including nights and weekends as needed
