As a member of our Information Technology team, the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Analyst will be a key player in the design, development, and supervision of the day-to-day IT operations required to support a global, multi-billion-dollar, brand. What will I do at this company?
Job duties may include but are not limited to the following responsibilities:
Take ownership and accountability for the IT Service Management platform, ServiceNow, for required enhancements as well as ongoing maintenance. This includes: User Administration System Configuration/Customization Integration with 3rd party systems Workflow Design/Administration Report Configuration Review and schedule deployment of vendor provided patches/updates
Act as liaison with key IT process owners to help ensure alignment of ServiceNow, with routine processes related to: IT Service Requests Incident Management Change Management Other modules, as needed
Report on key metrics related to IT service levels, as defined by IT leadership.
Assess and evaluate non-IT processes to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency throughout the organization by leveraging ServiceNow for business process improvement and automation.
Facilitate deployment of changes to help ensure the appropriate quality assurance measures (i.e. review of test scenarios, approval of test results, etc.), as part of the change management and systems development methodology, have been executed.
/Support on-going change management activities, by providing key information related to changes requested, changes in process, and changes completed for IT leadership to help ensure management of resources and delivery of quality business solutions.
What does this company need from me?
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or M.I.S. is preferred, or equivalent experience will be considered.
At least one to three years in information technology support or related discipline, demonstrating proficiency with: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 processes and procedures Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.) Building and managing relationships across organizational, regional and global boundaries Collaborating in a team environment Active Directory/LDAP integration Software Development Quality Assurance
Industry experience is preferred, but not required.
Experience with IT Service Management, Service Desk, Asset Management and Change Management via ServiceNow is a plus, but not required
