The West Monore facility makes corrugated containers. Production laborers will be assigned to tasks that involve physical labor assembling boxes from raw material to finished product, making computer entries, and following safety and quality procedures.
All applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Committed to safety and organizational goals
* Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
* Ability to work in a hot, humid, noisy, and high volume machine production areas
* Ability to work rotating 8/10/12 hour shifts, overtime, and weekends/holidays
* Must be able to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods (lifting, walking, climbing, and stooping).
* Mechanical aptitude in order to troubleshoot machine problems
* Ability to read a standard tape measure
* Basic Computer skills
* High school diploma or GED (must provide proof of education)
* Manufacturing experience preferred
* Willing to work in a tobacco-free environment
Applicants must be available to work any of 3 rotating production shifts (11:00 pm-7:00 am; 7:00 am-3:00 pm; or 3:00 pm-11:00 pm) and scheduled overtime, including occasional weekend work
