Title: LAN/WAN OPERATIONS ANALYST Location: USA-OH-Canton Other Locations:
This position provides Level One and Level Two support for LAN and WAN issues. Perform duties as a Project team member or Project Lead on network projects.
Responsibilities: - Providing technical support for WAN and LAN issues. - Assisting in WAN and LAN maintenance activities. - Supporting projects to roll out new or upgraded network technologies and services. - Supporting LAN and WAN capacity management process. - Implementing solutions to meet customer operational needs. - Maintaining network documentation. - Providing technical consulting on new installs and design. - Project lead on WAN/LAN projects. - Tracking and maintaining KPI stats and measurements.
Requirements: * Associates Degree in IT related with Networking base with 3-5 years experience * Bachelors Degree in IT related with Networking base with 0-3 years experience * Technical Trouble shooting and Problem resolution skills IP communications protocol * Team skills
Desired: * Project Management CISCO data knowledge . * Ability to multi-tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively while managing deadlines. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact effectively with others, and represent highly technical issues, in business terms, to non-technical audiences. * Strong sense of ownership with results oriented approach. * Must be highly proficient at using a PC and associated software.
