Executive Management Trainee:
A 10-week intensive training program, the Logistics entry-level executive program participants operate under general supervision and perform a variety of duties of varying complexity. Over time, associates are expected to be able to work with limited supervision and will often quickly assume leadership responsibilities within various segments of the operation.

What to bring to the program:
Bachelor's degree with a solid academic record, all majors welcome
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and manage complex relationships with an interest in process improvement
Ability to prioritize multiple projects to achieve productivity and business goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
Creativity and out-of-the box thinking
