Logistics Management Analyst 2
Candidate will be deploying to Fire Scout OCONUS site for the duration of a year. The candidate will Develop and administer integrated logistics strategies, including supply chain activities from point of manufacture through information
management support, deployment freight, warehousing, customer freight, management organization, customer warehousing, customer store shipment, and customer placement. Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to maximize sales, market share and profit for company and customer. Prepares logistics documents for purchasing of common and peculiar supply support for all emergency and non emergency items. Obligates and budgets OM&N funds for common supply support. Receives, inspect for conformance, stores, and issues, replenishes inventories, and accounts for all government property. Develops and maintains multiple databases for accountability of government funds, materials and equipment in accordance with government and corporate regulations. Liaison for all Intermediate and Depot Level repairs. Responsible for the initiation, shipping, tracking, expediting and receiving and inspects for conformance of all repairable materials through government and contractor systems. Develops and maintains all related files and databases pertinent to the repair process. Keep the site manager informed of all accounts of materials coming in and going out and the status of all parts and materials for planning purposes. Coordinates with purchasing, manufacturing, engineering and subcontractors to expedite material requirements. Maintains records for all property owned by government, company and associate contractors.
Basic Qualifications: Bacholers Degree with 3 years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have had experience within Aviation
Administration.
