Machine Tool Mechanic
The Ideal Candidate for this Position will have a minimum of 3 Years Experience performing the following duties and be knowledgeable in the Field of Mechanics, read blueprints, troubleshooter, assembly and disassembly, Hydraulics and Pneumatics:
Perform on-site post-installation repair, calibration, and maintenance as scheduled or required, applying knowledge of electronic, electrical circuits, mechanic, pneumatic, hydraulic Northeast area Check work orders and related manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to determine tasks to be performed and tools, equipment, and parts needed for installation of repair assignment Perform fault and weak point analysis Disassembly of a dial index table with replacement of all internal seals
Requirements:
The qualified Industrial Maintenance Mechanic should have PLC, CNC, drives, and motor controls experience. Additionally, the ideal Industrial Maintenance Technician needs to be a hardworking, dedicated individual and will have:
Fabrication skills, manual lathe, and mill operation experience Strong mechanical, electrical, and technical skills a must
Minimum of 3 Years of Machine Installation/Maintenance/Technician Able to work 5 plus days a week
