DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Set-up and run complex bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches / dies in combination with other tooling. Press Brake operator will use a CNC controller to input information into machine to adjust ram and back gage locations per Process Control instructions and blueprints. Checks height, depth and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges and other precision-measuring instruments.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED. Two years experience on Press Brake and Fabrication work. Experience with blueprint reading and gage reading. Production press brake experience using CNC controllers. The team member may be frequently required to walk, bend, squat, or twist as well as repetitively push or pull. The team member must be able to lift 10-20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
