Maintenance Manager-Mechanical/Power Plant/Maintenance
Client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Manager with 10+ years of operations & maintenance experience in an operating power plant (coal fired preferred) environment. You need 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Manager, preferably in a steam power plant. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
-> Manage and lead a group of Mechanical Maintenance Technicians
-> Establish & improve preventative maintenance programs and working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
-> Continuously monitors performance results against financial and operating goals and communicates such information to employees
-> Ensures strict adherence to corporate values in complying with all environmental, safety and other laws and regulations
-> As a senior member of the plants management team, directly participates in the development of plant specific goals and objectives
Requirements:
-> Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required
-> 10+ years of relevant power plant mechanical maintenance experience
-> 2+ years of management experience over a maintenance group in an operating power plant
-> Specific experience as a Maintenance Manager in a coal fired power plant would be a PLUS
