Effective personal/team interaction, verbal, written, facilitation and customer service skills, able to communicate with all levels of the organization and proactively lead/influence tactical and strategic planning to resolve issues resulting in balanced imperatives and winning partner relationships to drive sustainable results for the Site. Self-motivated and results oriented, requiring minimal supervision, follows through and communicates on commitments. Experience & technical capability with industrial instrumentation, relay control logic, PLC networks and Allen Bradley/RS Logix programming language. Excellent computer skills including advance skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Spreadsheet development and e-mail. Ability teach, develop course work and mentor skill advancement in the areas of instrumentation, PLC hardware , variable frequency drives and PLC programming. Experience with sequel server, active factory, setting up product recipes and downloading programs into processors. Ability to prioritize and perform several tasks simultaneously under pressure and be able to demonstrate a history of strong intellectual curiosity; organizational, analytical, and leadership skills; and keen attention to detail. Customer service skills/focus, capability, willingness and tenacity to analyze service issues amid a dynamic environment and act on key actions to resolve issues and continually improve.
