maintenance supervisor
This position is a 2nd shift. 5p-1:30 am Maintenance Supervisor position.
The Maintenance supervisor is responsible for running a shift/crew safely, efficiently and with minimal downtime. The supervisor will distribute daily work assignments, PMs and oversee their progress, while working closely with other departments and maintaining good communication.
Provide leadership and participate in corporate and third party audits.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience ee years maintenance supervisory level experience required. Food manufacturing related maintenance experience is desired but not hly motivated self starting individual with strong hands on and technical support, mechanically and electrically. This supervisor must be able to work effectively with other key areas of the facility as well as coach and develop others to help build a stronger team. Must have good leadership and communication skills. Willing to work weekends, some holidays and overtime. Must be willing to work all shifts as needed.
