Maintenance Supervisor

***Local employer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor***

***MUST HAVE Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC ( Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) experience!!

Primary Duties:

--Coordinate maintenance actions required to meet plant objectives.

--Implement process improvement plans.

--Interface with internal customers to identify and resolve concerns.

--Insure timely communication of all relevant plant measurements to all area team members.

--Maintain highly trained workforce.

--Lead maintenance workforce on down jobs and machine improvement projects.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Management or Engineering or at least 5 years maintenance supervisory experience;

5 years experience with both apprentice and non-apprentice skilled trades.

Desired Skills:

--MS Office Suite computer skills.

--Demonstrated ability to build/lead/operate in a team environment.

--Strong communications skills, including the ability and willingness to listen.

--Ability and willingness to confront and resolve conflicts.

--Ability to work within company policies, contracts and practices while interfacing with a wide variety of personnel in complex situations.

--Experience interfacing with a computerized maintenance database that tracks costs, work orders, spare parts, etc.

--Experience reviewing electrical and mechanical prints using Auto CAD(Computer Assisted Diagnosis) or a similar software package to help find the necessary spare parts.
