Maintenance Supervisor - Stamping
The Maintenance Supervisor - Stampingis responsible for supervising the UAW skilled trades workforce while overseeing the Preventative Maintenance system and the Press Machine Operations in the satellite stamping dept. Duties include coordinating all activities to achieve business metrics and to implement World Class Manufacturing (WCM) processes in coordination with other WCM Plant Pillars.
Basic Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree required
• Preventative Maintenance Systems
• RS Logic, PLC-5 and Programmable Drives
• Press machine operations
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
Preferred Requirements: • Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing to include autonomous and professional maintenance activities
• Manufacturing supervision experience preferably in a stamping facility and a union environment
