Lavelle Industries, a growing Southeastern Wisconsin Custom Rubber & Plastics Manufacturing Company is looking for an individual to lead process improvement efforts of our Burlington facility as a Mechanical/Process Engineer. This is where you come in.
As Mechanical/Process Engineer, you’ll have direct impact on our organization through:
- Assisting in identification and implementation of new molding technology.
- Leading efforts to improve existing molding processes and the advancement of Lavelle’s rubber molding capabilities while incorporating lean principles.
- Work with Operations, Sales, and R&D to launch new products.
- Respond internal and external customer driven corrective actions.
- Use of statistical problem solving tools such as design of experiments to quickly drive to root cause.
- Implementation of sustainable improvements to manufacturing processes.

Requirements:
You likely have a Bachelors’ in Engineering (Mechanical, Rubber, Plastics, Manufacturing, or other relevant field) and 3+ years experience in manufacturing.
More importantly, are the results of your demonstrated application of school and work experiences.
