Maintenance Unit Leader-Die
The Maintenance Unit Leader-Die is responsible for directing UAW skilled trades in maintenance, die tryout, and repair of major stamping dies including sub assembly, progressive and/or blanking dies.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required and/or journeyman die maker • Three (3) to five (5) years related die experience in a stamping environment including die construction, tryout and/or maintenance work activities • Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management & union
Preferred Qualifications:
• Hemmer experience preferred
