MAJOR INTERNATIONAL OEM HIRING KEY ASSOCIATES!
A long time client with good benefits, work environment, career growth opportunities and relocation assistance is searching for a CNC Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve their CNC turning skills involving tool design, feeds, speeds, programming and debugging. The position requires a 2 -4 year engineering degree.
We will consider candidates with experience on some of these machining processes: CNC lathe, CNC lathes with multiple spindles, CNC lathes with live tooling, swiss screw machines, swiss cnc lathes, sliding headstock lathes, multi spindle screw machines, chuckers, indexing machines, dial transfer machines, rotary transfer machines, flexible machining systems.
Few candidates will have all the process experience and our client will provide machine tool training. We are looking for candidates who knows CNC turning with a variety of multi and single spindle lathe experience. There is flexibility on salary with my client depending on experience.
The focus will be on developing new processes for newly designed products and process improvements. Experience selecting and designing special cutting tools, processing, programming and optimizing existing processes. Past experience using Autocad or CAD design is required. Candidates having Lean / Six Sigma experience will be great, however, the focus is on turning knowledge.
Interested candidates must have: 5 plus years of production turning, cnc programming (cam is not required), multi axis turning, AS or BS degree, tool design and hands on problem solving skills.
