Manufacturing Engineer
My client, a very successful, established biomedical company has contacted me to assist him in filling
several full time Manufacturing Engineer positions. The chosen candidates responsibilities will center
on the support of manufacturing operations, identify, implement process improvements, and manage the introduction of new products into manufacturing and project leadership. Requirements:BS,ME, EE or IE required.
5-10 years exp in a Biomedical, Medical Device, Biotech, Pharma manufacturing environment.
Must have an excellent understanding of manufacturing processes
Great mechanical, electro/mechanical aptitude and experience
Excellent trouble-shooting skills
Strong process improvement background
Experience leading projects from "womb to tomb"
Prior experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment
IQ, OQ and PQ experience
Six sigma and FMEA experience
ISO 9001, 13485, QSR standards
Must have good knowledge of internal safety program
Good project management skills
Must have excellent problem-solving skills
Must be able to do some travel
