A recent acquisition of our client to a large multi-million dollar corporation is causing a major expansion of their southeast Pennsylvania manufacturing operation. This is an exciting time for the organization as they continue to expand due to increased sales. As a result of the acquisition, they doubled the size of the sales department. We are looking for candidates with direct hands on experience on Citizen swiss lathes or other brands of swiss type sliding headstock lathes. Knowledge of programming, tool selection, speeds, feeds, surface finishing and machine set ups is a must.
Our client has newer model Citizen Cincom lathes including the M-32Y machines. Interested candidates must be able to work from a print or solid model generating CNC code, prove out processes and introduce to the shop floor, good hands on set up and problem solving skills is a must. Experience producing medical devices, implants, surgical instruments, bone screws, orthopedic hardware or titanium components is a plus.
Our client will offer above average income and relocation assistance to get he highly experienced employee. They have a great benefit and retirement package. Knowledge of CAM software or direct experiencing using Partmaker is preferred.
MUST HAVE: a minimum of 5 years of experience setting up and programming swiss cnc lathes. Direct Citizen experience is a huge plus.
