Harte-Hanks, a leader in CRM sales, lead management, and Internet transaction processing is looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Marketing Services Coordinator. The successful candidate for this challenging position will be working on-site at Cisco Systems, our prestigious high-tech client located in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
The Marketing Services Coordinator will be responsible for successful play coordination of marketing campaigns called ?plays?. Tasked to support and build relationships with internal marketing, sales and other key organizations called Stakeholders through the coordination of plays. The Marketing Services Coordinator is required to manage the play coordination of all plays generated by the stakeholders that they are assigned.
This position relies heavily on personal initiative and strong organizational and communications skills. The plays are structured in the form of projects and the Coordinators are responsible for managing all plays in a workflow management system. In addition, Special projects outside the normal functions of play coordination could be assigned based on skill set and demonstrated initiative.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration or related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing program management, field marketing, channel marketing or marketing project management
Experience and familiarity with multiple Demand Gen marketing activities including: Telemarketing, Webcast, Seminars, Email Blast and Direct Mail
Vendor management experience
Advanced excel skills and reporting experience
Ability to work independently on projects as well as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
