Has the experience or expertise to solve problems. Able to develop and execute objectives for self and others. This role has the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals. Essential Responsibilities * Demonstrate accountability for long-term business goals
* Support the ITO function and contribute to material procurement timing
* Coordinate the master production schedule for a plant site and ensure a consistent handoff of planning information to the production work cells
* Load information into JDE
* Interface with the JDE, MRP and Manufacturing cells to track production progress
* Gather production metrics and periodically report these metrics to the shop operations manager
* Ensure that the master schedule and production schedules are synchronized
* Coordinate plant prioritization of activities to achieve delivery of regional revenue, GGM and CM
* Report and monitor plant production load and capacity
* Make use of business forecast with easy to access and transparent data
* Support the standardization of production and material reporting processes that contribute to QMI reviews
* Produce schedule with clear line of sight for projects, sales orders with target dates Qualifications/Requirements * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
* At least 3 additional years of experience in manufacturing or engineering Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
