Description

Our multiple manufacturing facilities in Flagstaff, Arizona are seeking Medical Device Operators.
Responsibilities may include but are not be limited to:
* working in a clean-room manufacturing environment
* equipment setup and operation
* performing data collection/computer entry
* following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
* flexibility and adaptability to move from one manufacturing team or facility to another as needed. (This may include some variability in shift hours between buildings.)
Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess:
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
* Demonstrated one year of consistent work experience (full-time 36-40 hours a week).
* Must be able to work in a clean-room environment and wear clean-room garments. Demonstrated good verbal and written English skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a functional team; detail oriented, organized, problem solver and produce quality work..
* Demonstrated to be flexible and open to change; self directed and motivated; task oriented.
* Demonstrated abilities in both basic computer and math skills.
* Excellent track record of attendance.
* Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time and perform hand intensive repetitive assembly of product(s).
* Previous experience with manufacturing equipment and tools is desired.
* Able to manage conflict in a positive manner.
* Quick learner; and possess strong interpersonal skills.
