EMSD Division Manager Provides single-point accountability to the Project Manager for planning, leading, and managing the tasks, services, and activities of the Equipment Maintenance and Support. The EMSD Manager plans, manages, and integrates all tasks and services associated with AWRPS Brigade, Echelons Above Brigade, Operations Group Equipment Maintenance, Civilians on the Battlefield and scheduled Services therein. Responsible for Shop Stock management. Responsible for functions to include the maintenance of a Publications Library, development and maintenance of DOP's, contingency planning, facility and property management, hazardous materials management, weapons security and accountability, and receipt and turn-in of equipment. Perform equipment maintenance in accordance with the -10, -20, and -30 level Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) in accordance with AR 385-10. Perform field scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the 11th ACR Fleet Equipment. Manages the Combat Vehicle Evaluation program, calibration, MWO's and SOUM's. This is a Key Manager Position and reports directly to the Program Manager.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University, Masters Degree preferred.
  • Must have five (5) years experience in general management of rotational support services to include all requirements of the PWS.
  • Fifteen (15) years of progressive responsible management and leadership experience in logistics related field.
  • Must be experienced and competent in computer and general office equipment usage.
  • Must be experienced and competent in the operation of Army STAMIS systems and commercial automations and information systems and programs.
  • Fifteen (15) years in leadership/management role(s) in large logistics organizations.
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license and be able to obtain a military operator's permit for each type of vehicle or equipment required to operate.
  • Must possess a DOD Secret clearance or ability to acquire it.
