NDT Process Technician III

Operate equipment and perform routine duties to perform various non-destructive test inspection operations at Level 1 to maintain flow of work while practicing and complying with environmental, health and safety directions and procedures. Must qualify for and maintain Level 1 Certifications in Magnetic Particle, Visible Dye and/or Florescent Penetrant Inspection.
- Perform work in accordance with various instructions such as inspection standards, blueprints, shop orders, manufacturing procedures and other written and verbal instructions within established methods and procedures.
- Ensure that all documentation such as specifications, procedures and forms and applicable tools, gages and fixtures are quality compliant and traceable.
- Clean and degrease parts as required in preparation for inspection.
- Operate computer terminals to retrieve, enter or verify information. Prepare, maintain and monitor all necessary records including route sheets, schedules and log sheets.
2nd shift positions, may require training on 1st shift.

EDUCATION: No formal / specific requirements
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 12 months of working experience
IND. EXP: Aerospace, Manufacturing, Industrial, Defense, Energy, Automotive, Casting
12 months of relevant experience
12 months to meet minimum job requirements
