Description
The Assoc. Technical Support Analysis Network Construction and Engineering (DAS) position is responsible for establishing national policies and procedures which will ensure successful installation, maintenance, and upgrade of Antenna Solutions such as Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) at national and market levels. DAS is commonly deployed in such diverse locations as stadiums, arenas, college/university/corporate campuses, large/super large office buildings and commercial/residential districts. Responsibilities include acting as the subject matter expert on behalf of the organization while interfacing with internal and external stakeholders associated with DAS installation and maintenance venues. The candidate will possess oral and written presentation skills, the ability to author, edit, and deliver reports that measure quality and compliance, and have a working knowledge of database queries and inventory management. Candidates will be challenged to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment that emphasizes organization, effective decision making, and quality of service. This position requires extensive coordination with Equipment and OSP Engineering, C&E Mobility Construction, RF/RAN, Vendors, Operations, Network Finance and most importantly high-value Site Owners. Most projects will require expedited implementation under the pressure of very tight deadlines. Competitive candidates for this position will have a successful track record in Wireless and/or Wireline, Real Estate/Construction & Engineering, as well as a broad working knowledge of RAN and Local Network Operations. "Get it Done Right Now, Now" attitude and common sense is a must.

This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T's compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generations, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear, and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills, must be action oriented, result driven and can work with minimal direction
Attention to detail is important
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite applications and have strong written and verbal communication skills
Five or more years experience in Network Operations, Engineering, IT operations, Network Analysis, product or program management, managing projects with external vendors/partners, experience with wireless networks and services and/or high-tech industry
Must be willing to work Day, Evening or Night Shift depending on needs of the business
