Opportunities are primarily located at the Chrysler Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, but could also include positions at local facilities in the Detroit Metropolitan area, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Business Centers located throughout the country.
Chrysler's New College Graduate Quality Organization Program chooses the most passionate and brightest graduates to begin careers in automotive industry. Candidates will be placed in assignments by considering individual skills, relevant project/work experience, and interests. New College Graduates will receive a variety of challenging assignments, and will have the opportunity to advance their business acumen and grow their careers.
Required Qualifications: • Completion of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree (in a technical field of study) from an ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited program* GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale) * Strong interest in automotive industry* Strong written and oral communication skills * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment * Computer proficient (including spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and database applications)* Degrees from an ABET accredited university programs (Aerospace/Aeronautical, Agricultural, Biomedical/Biomechanical/Bioengineering, Chemical, Civil, Materials, Metallurgical. Computer Science, Science, Manufacturing Engineering) may be considered by the recruiting organization if the candidate exhibits the desired characteristics to fill an opening within the Quality Organization.
