Must be able to follow direction and complete task given. - Must fulfill the duties of a rigger and know the rigging skills required to move equipment and materials. - Must be able to assist experienced department employees as needed and assigned. Employees must be willing to learn and have a strong ability to work well with others. - Able to use grinder effectively to clean steel, pipe and fittings correctly. - Must have exceptional work ethic to include Attendance and Dependability to assigned tasks and projects. - Must have a strong desire to grow and learn the different opportunities that are available for advancement within the company. - Responsible for ensuring all required tools (list provided during New Hire Orientation) are brought daily. - Ability to offload material from a boat (back, stern, etc.). - Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules, including all safety required personal protective equipment.
