OPERATIONS ANALYST (MIN AND REACH)

- Develop the material information network (MIN) interface for monthly submission to the corporate procurement system;
- Track and manage the companyâ??s purchase order data from each manufacturing site;
- Review and approve the MIN monthly/quarterly/annual purchase data submission;
- Submit the monthly/quarterly/annual purchasing data;
- Develop and implement the companyâ??s REACH initiative to ensure compliance to applicable environmental regulation;
- Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for the companyâ??s REACH initiatives;
- Develop and communicate the companyâ??s material traceability requirements to suppliers;
- Track and manage the suppliersâ?? material traceability data;
- Assist in the gathering and management of the companyâ??s operations data;
- Set up, review and clean data templates for input into the new ERP system.
Job Requirements- Bachelor's/College degree in Supply Chain Management, economics or similar;
- 1-2 years related experience within supply chain and logistics desirable;
- Knowledge and experience with European Union Registration Evaluation Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals (REACH) regulation desirable;
- Understanding of inventory management techniques and planning systems;
- Strong analytical capabilities;
- Demonstrated ability to present data clearly;
- Able to work independently and in a team;
- Structured and able to communicate effectively, both orally and written;
- Micro Soft Office experience and expertise (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint);
- Oracle 11i or other major ERP system experience desirable;
- Bilingual English.
