Division/Department: Operations & Quality Assurance

Job Title: OPS Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Henderson, NV

Level/Grade: Full-Time

Hours: 40 Hours a week plus.



General Description: Responsible for quality control of new client/programs and testing relating to ASI products.

Duties as follows:

* Processes association (Visa, Amex, MC) submissions.

* Responsible for operational acceptance of new software programs, client on-boarding, client programs.

* Identifies areas of improvement in relation to quality.

* Trains and communicates to OPS all processing requirements for new programs and develompent.

* Create, layout and set up on press art files for Marketing materials.

* Tests and validates new operational processes.

NOTE: This job description is a guide - at all times duties will be determined and assigned by the on duty supervisor as business needs dictate.


Requirements:

Work experience requirements:



* 1-2 years manufacturing and printing experience.

* Quality assurance or audit background- preferred.

* Pre-Press and Digital Technician Process knowledge is required.

* Graphic Design and layout - Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop- required.

* IT background recommended.

* Written, verbal and basic math skills (arithmetic) needed.

* High attention for detail and focused individual.

* Problem solving skills.
