The Operations Director is responsible for supervision of staff, UR, management of LUPAS and authorizations, and performing clinical duties as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Nursing, Master's Degree preferred RN license in good standing 3 - 5 years home care Supervisory Experience Extensive knowledge of Medicare and JCAHO guidelines Quality Assurance/Utilization Review preferred
