We design and manufacture aerospace systems for commercial, regional, corporate and military aircraft and are a major supplier for international space programs. Our industrial products serve industries ranging from hydrocarbon, chemical and food processing to construction and mining.
Aftermarket Customer Service is seeking an Operation' Leader who will be responsible for meeting or exceeding safety, quality, output and delivery metrics in a repair station environment. In this role, the incumbent will drive continuous improvement across key business objectives. The incumbent also will interface with customers and senior management.
Essential Responsibilities:
Direct the activities of a repair station team within the assigned area
Achieve required safety, quality, delivery and performance levels
Develop, coordinate, lead and execute daily production plans
Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Achieve highest levels of quality and internal/external customer service levels
Develop and implement process controls
Employ ACE & Lean rigors to all functions
Mentor and motivate associates in safety, quality and productivity improvements
Coordinate resources to achieve goals with a timely and cost-effective strategy
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Own customer satisfaction with everything under your direction
Perform miscellaneous assignments as required / requested
Candidate must be willing to relocate

Graduate degree strongly preferred
At least 7 years of experience in an operations or manufacturing company.
Demonstrated experience in making sound judgments. Demonstrated success in leading by example. Experience in aftermarket a plus. Aerospace experience strongly preferred. Ability to facilitate and manage change effectively. Lean Manufacturing experience/training strongly desired.
