Operations Program Analyst 2\3

Supports the development of program schedule and/or manufacturing plans, etc. Coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveries. Identifies long lead parts and activities, special tooling and technology changes. Analyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processes. Supports business unit level operating plans. Provides analysis of production rates and production development initiatives. Performs production proposal activities. Supports proposal preparation and new business development efforts. Participates on cross-functional teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency. Works under general supervision. Knowledge of and/or experience in composites manufacturing processes, and project management experience a plus.

Level 3 - Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Job related information
Preferred candidate will have an Bachelors or Masters degree in any of the following; Engineering, Aeronautical, Business Management, Business Administration, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology Proficiencies. Preferred candidate will be proficient in 6 or more of the following; Methods Process Analyst, Management (Mfg. and/or other), Master Phasing Plans, Project Management, Business Case Development, Finance or Business, Trend Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Lean Experience, Process Improvements, Project Management Software, Manufacturing Experience. Candidate should be highly proficient in interacting with employees to gather data for process improvements. This may include observing and documenting processes, and collecting data in manufacturing areas or in aircraft during various production phases. Also, candidate may be in proximity to chemicals when observing/gathering data in an area in the factory where chemicals are in use.
