Description: The Operations Technician is responsible for the start-up, shutdown and day to day operation of process equipment and maintaining process operations to meet safety, environmental, quality, and overall financial performance standards.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent and three years of industrial manufacturing experience, or a two year technical degree in a relevant field. Requirements include an aptitude for operational and mechanical problem solving, intermediate computer skills, and the willingness and capability to work a 12-hour rotating shift with overtime. Direct experience working in the chemical processing industry and outdoor industrial environment is preferred.
