What You'll Do
As an Order Fulfillment Specialist at John Deere Waterloo Worksyou will expedite export orders ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting factory delivery date goals. In this position you will: * Investigate, authorize and track tractor overages, shortages and returns. * Support Special Component Orders for the Dealer Technical Assistance Center to process customer warranty claims. * Be the Factory Serial Plate Coordinator for order accuracy, successful installation, and on-time delivery. * Plan and manage marketing inventory of demonstration tractors. * Manage the credit release process for pending tractor sales. * Process internal John Deere Waterloo Works tractor and attachment orders. * Run reports for the Complete Goods Department.
We need an excellent communicator, who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment. Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. In addition, we require:
* Ability to multi task and follow up with customers in a timely manner. * Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. * Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel (VLOOKUP), Word and Outlook. * Experience working in a customer service or related customer-oriented environment. * Experience in a shipping role. A strong candidate will also have SAP experience and an understanding of the Order Fulfillment Process.
