What You'll Do
As theOrganizational Development Team Leader in Greenville, TN, you will be responsible for leading the Training and Development Program for our workforce (wage and salaried). In addition you will: * Champion and support our Team oriented culture. * Manage Training Program annually with multiple sites and instructors. * Facilitate Peer Review Program for unit.
We need an excellent communicator (both verbal and written) who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment. Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent level of work experience and knowledge. Additionally required: * Previous training/development experience, among both salaried and production/wage employees. * Ability to work with all levels of managers and employees in assessing skill set gaps and identifying training/developmental opportunities to close these gaps. * Good understanding of team culture and managing projects. * Ability to travel on a limited basis; some off-shift training may be required. A strong candidate will also have: * Expertise in developing and assessing training programs, as well as delivering training programs. * Strong leadership skills/attributes and the ability to lead a cross functional team in implementing new processes and programs. * Ability to influence and engage entire workforce in team programs. * Experience in applying for and working with State funded and grant programs. * HR Generalist/Project Management experience.
