Job Description Emerson Network Power, a business of Emerson and a global leader in protecting and optimizing critical infrastructure, is currently seeking a Parts Coordinator for its Liebert precision cooling business in Irvine, CA. The Parts Coordinator provides environmental parts to customers. This includes phone interaction with customers, parts identification, pricing and shipping. Responsible for customer set-up in Cullinet, provide order information for order entry and shipping. Replenish and manage local inventory to achieve target fill rates. Requires some face-to-face selling and high customer interaction. RESPONSIBILITIES: â?¢ Provide customer assistance with replacement parts issues, oversee parts inventory, manage shipping / receiving / delivery activities, provide technical support as required by the sales staff, and manage information for entry into Cullinet and â?¢ Maintain mailing lists, generate promotional, informational mailings and spare parts lists â?¢ Place Orders, Research â?¢ Responsible for all aspects of parts sales, inventory control and information for order entry and shipping transactions in Cullinet â?¢ Provide on-line customer assistance via the telephone â?¢ Coordinate parts availability and shipment with corporate facility â?¢ High inside selling and quoting activities â?¢ Interacts with: o Customers, sales and office administration staff, continuously. o Corporate Credit Department, Environmental Parts, Traffic Department and local service department, frequently. â?¢ Accountable for: o Assist in attaining sales quotas established by manager. o Ensure overall environmental product customer satisfaction through continued parts, service and warranty service after the sales. o Increase sales through strong customer interface and sales staff support. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: â?¢ Tech School Graduate in HVAC or equivalent education â?¢ 2 years related experience in commercial air conditioning equipment / applications and environmental products â?¢ Extensive knowledge base of Liebert products, electrical circuitry and air conditioning. â?¢ This individual must be computer literate; (Microsoft Office) well organized, highly motivated, and work well with people, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced technical sales support environment. â?¢ Parts sales experience preferred We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits and opportunity for personal and professional growth.
