Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:  
.Provide operational and technical support to the plant technicians.
.Perform activities to improve the reliability and efficiency of plant operations.
.Coordinate and supervise project implementation, control project costs, monitor progress and quality of the projects.
.Participate in the ISO certification process.
.Maintain positive customer relations to ensure continued satisfaction. 
.Work closely with the customer on all gas supply issues, attend meetings and participate in improvement teams.
.Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
.Participate in the use of the computerized maintenance management system.
.Coordinate plant shutdowns, including coordination of plant personnel tasks, hiring contractors, and ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are obtained.
.Perform job functions to always ensure on time, in spec, delivery of gases to the customer.
.Perform job functions in a manner that meets or exceeds the company's HS&E standards.
.Train production technicians and engineers on all aspects of plant operations.
.Manage the Gas Production Facility during any absence of the facility manager.
 
 General Requirements: 
.Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent discipline        
.3 or more years of experience providing engineering support in a production/manufacturing plant environment; air separation plant experience is preferred
.Able to work in a team environment
.good project management capabilities
.Willing to travel as needed
.Willingness and ability to be on-call 24/7
.Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to give presentations to management when needed
.Strong emphasis on safety and safety leadership
