Growing machine shop in the Flint area has an excellent opportunity for a self-starting leader to oversee plant cription This Manager will over see contract machining, die building, estimating, maintenance, purchasing, accounting and design. This includes the supervision and assignment of shop personnel through their supervisors and customer relations. Qualifications Minimum 7 years experience in the Tool & Die industry with at least 3 years in a management role. Bachelors degree in related field preferred. The ideal candidate will have a number of years performing CNC machining as well as building sheet metal dies. May have to lift up to 50 pounds occassionally.
