Powertrain Constraint Analyst
The Powertrain Constraint Analyst is responsible for accessing key supplier information, conducting a comprehensive review, and identifying existing constraints related to Powertrain manufacturing. This analyst will review multiple data sources and work with other Supply Chain Management (SCM) representatives, as well as, directly working with suppliers, to resolve critical supplier constraint issues ensuring our manufacturing facilities can meet programmed production requirements. In addition, the analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining key metric reports to inform senior leadership of future bottlenecks.
Basic Qualifications:
• Associate of Science in Supply Chain Management, business or related fields • Functional usage of the Microsoft Office Suite • At least 6 months prior experience in a manufacturing Supply Chain Management organization • Basic understanding of engine operating principles • Experience communicating with suppliers • Ideal candidate will be very motivated, a self-starter and a team player with analytical and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, or higher • Knowledge of the Chrysler SCM computer applications • Understanding of the Chrysler's Purchasing and Supplier Quality organization
