Principal International Tax Analyst
Title: Principal International Tax Analyst Location: USA-OH-Canton Other Locations: 1. Research and apply U.S. Internal Revenue Code, U.S. Treasury Regulations, administrative rulings, case law, treaty law, and foreign country tax laws to develop global tax minimization strategies and to enhance global cash flow in a tax efficient manner.
2. Prepare U.S. corporate international tax returns, information statements, elections and disclosures requiring complex analysis if U.S. tax authority.
3. Assist Manager- Tax- International in developing tax efficient acquisitions, joint venture and divestiture strategies in a manner consistent with the company's business goals.
4. Advise Manager- Tax- Special projects in global transfer pricing issues.
5. Monitor changes in U.S. international tax laws and foreign country tax laws to anticipate the impact to Timken's global tax liability and to take advantage of such changes when appropriate.
6. Assist Manager- Tax- International in IRS large case audit responseand SubF, PTI, Tax Pool calculations. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Accounting with 8 years of relevant experience Masters Degree in Accounting or Taxation with 4 years of relevant experience
