Our Cedar Rapids facility is seeking outstanding candidates for the following open position: Process TechnicianIn the Process Technician position you will be responsible for equipment operation in one of our 4 production areas. You will be responsible for monitoring the equipment and production process to ensure we maximize our enzyme manufacturing. This will involve working with our process control system, (Delta V), troubleshooting equipment and interacting with engineers to optimize the process. The position involves working a rotating 12 hour shift, which requires working 2 weeks of day shift and then 2 weeks of night shift. With our shift schedule you will work 7 of 14 days and every other weekend. The following skills are required: mechanical skills, troubleshooting skills, communication and teamwork skills. Preferred qualifications include a 2-year advanced degree (science or technical field) or previous manufacturing experience. Our benefit package becomes effective on the first day of employment.
