The Process Technician will be responsible for: setting up and maintaining Blow Molding, Extrusion Molding process, labelers,airveyors, palletizers, strappers, etc; training new and existing personnel as need arises; work closely with the Quality Assurance department to maintain optimal process set ups, to include conductingESE’s; maintaining optimal performance of the IIS and date coder systems; and performing other duties as assigned and directed. Requirements: The successful candidate will have thorough knowledge of Sidel, SIPAs, IIS, date coders, labelers, airveyors, palletizers and strappers. Three to five years mechanical, electrical and electronic troubleshooting knowledge. Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills are required.Must be able to work with minimal supervision & possess the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Must have the abilityto develop and implement training programs. Working knowledge of computer skills (MS Word, Excel, DOS). Establish and maintain set-ups for new products, machines or molds according to product specs.Coordinate plant engineering related projects.This is a day shift position that requires availability on weekends, nights and holidays.
