Great opportunity for PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEER with LED design experience.
Responsibilities:
-> Responsible for the design of LED products from concept to production
-> The Product Engineer is responsible for product and project management for LED design and all phases of package development from R&D through production
Requirements:
-> BSME or equivalent and minimum 5 years LED product design experience with electrical, mechanical, thermal and optical packaging components for device level packages
-> Must have knowledge of industry practices and materials used for LED packages
-> Must have product design experience working with phosphors and RGB solutions to achieve white light performance
-> Requires background with Engineering Analysis of thermal and mechanical systems, molded plastic parts, strong understanding of materials, and experience with surface mount and wire bonding
-> Must be proficient with CAD, SolidWorks preferred
