Title: Product Engineer Location: MEX-Matamoros Invensys Controls designs, engineers and manufactures products, components, systems and services used in appliances, heating, air conditioning/cooling and refrigeration products across a wide range of industries in residential and commercial markets.
We have an excellent opportunity for an Product Engineer to join our organization in Matamoros.
SCOPE: Proficient Engineer. Performs varied assignments of an advanced professional nature requiring full use and application of engineering or scientific methods. Analyze all design aspects and support requirements to ensure full conformance with standards.

ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Design responsibilities for various product lines (valves, solenoid, burners, switches, .) * Responsible for maintaining design rules, reviewing engineering data and documentation. * Work with internal customers to define product specifications; also with manufacturing on the pilot builds. * Plan product development and execution to production. * Assist with test requirements. * Has a very good understanding of products and related technology. Understands some advanced principals with ability to solve complex problems. * Full usage of required tools on difficult tasks and/or group of tasks. * Objectives are defined and approach is negotiated. Work is generally not supervised in detail. * Work results reviewed for technical judgment, accuracy, and quality by Project Leaders and Functional leads. * Routinely apply and encourage new employees in the application of processes, practices and company values through team participation and leadership. Invensys Controls is an Equal Opportunity Employer BS in Mechanical Engineering or applied science with 5-8 years of related experience with other vocational training/certifications preferred. Or AS degree with 7-10 years of related experience with other vocational training/certifications preferred. Season mechanical designer. Advanced proficiency in Pro-E. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
