Production Control Manager
Seeking an individual with previous supervisory or management experience, and at least five years experience in a high volume parts manufacturing environment, such as automotive, aerospace, or similar industries. This person will have a minimum of five years experience; a proven track record in scrap and error reduction, as well as process improvements with increased production. Must be well organized & able to keep your finger on the pulse of multiple projects, with ability to prioritize and re-prioritize in an ever changing climate. A job-shop background would be helpful, and knowledge of, or experience in power transmissions, a plus. Looking for an individual that is not afraid to implement change, but can effectively lead with a respectful following. Knowledge in ERP/MAPICS/AS400 required.
