Production Coordinator B\C
Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage, production and other locations following standard work instructions to support complex production and product support activities, flight test, and other support groups. Obtain parts, standards, tools, protective equipment (PRE) and equipment as required and deliver to point-of-use Analyzes work in process and communicate status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to insure parts availability. Analyzes problems and resolves or reconciles discrepancies with parts and materials to maintain inventory and system accuracy. Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays. Works under general to limited supervision.

General knowledge of processes and tools to maintain, archive, and retrieve digital files. General knowledge of constructing/building reports and presentation materials as needed for assigned projects or in support of higher-level project leads on large projects.
Preferred - Complete ability in the use of personal computing hardware and software to enter project information, such as, statements of work, resource identification and usage, task status, cost estimating and tracking, etc. Complete knowledge of processes and tools to maintain, archive, and retrieve digital files. Complete ability in constructing/building and providing reports and presentation material as needed for assigned projects. Complete knowledge of identifying and gaining approval of testing of established applications to meet project requirements.

Typical Education/Experience
Level B - High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level C - High school diploma or GED and typically 4 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Job related information
The shift assignment will be Second Shift. Must be able to work overtime. Includes overtime as required during scheduled work schedule, Weekends and Holidays. Able to Travel as required. All employees will be on the Boeing Charleston benefit structure. All Boeing Commercial Airplane Charleston positions will require an online pre-employment assessment test.
