Production Coordinator B
Position will be located in bldg 88-32 in support of CTSC (Cutting Tool Service Center) kitting operations. Processes and moves production and other materials including drills, reamers, countersinks, etc. into and out of storage, production and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions. Monitors work in process. Communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to insure parts availability. Identifies and solves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes. Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays. Works under general supervision.

• Inventory Control
General knowledge of inventory requirements planning (e.g., Lot sizes, Work in Process [WIP], Inventory Burndown), management, and control (e.g., Kanban, Just In Time [JIT], Kitting, Point of Use [POU], inventory turn rate).
• Warehouse Operations
Knowledge of transportation, shipping, receiving, storage, and picking processes including special packaging and handling requirements (e.g., Electrostatic Discharge [ESD], hazardous material, OSHA, EHS, container design, and kitting).
Basic Qualifications For ConsiderationDo you have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in Inventory Control, including the use of automated systems?
Typical Education/Experience
High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
