Our people, processes, attention to customer satisfaction and our innovative products and services are the hallmark of our success. ATS has an immediate opening for a Production Coordinator I.
Responsibilities will include: * Performing administrative and analytical duties to coordinate a PC database repository * Performing time studies on production machines to determine availability * Inputting data, charting in Excel, and working with customer on supply planning * Accounting for PC record maintenance and accuracy for customer equipment inventory * Assisting customers with procurement of new equipment by following established ordering procedures * Updating a database from service requests, customer requests, and customer inventory reports * Providing forecasting assistance to customers and vendors, including follow-ups with reconciliation reports for service-providers & clearly communicating PC status to custom * High School diploma. or GED * Ability to work in a team * Organization and self-motivation * Ability to prioritize * Outstanding people and communication skills for interaction with other team members, customers, and management * Ability to work successfully with computers and software * Experience with the following software: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access * Ability to lift 50 pounds ATS offers a competitive salary and benefits program which includes: * Medical/dental plans * Prescription drug program * Vision plan * 401(k) with company match * Tuition reimbursement * Flexible spending account ATS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
