Production Coordinator II
Title: Production Coordinator II Location: IL-Mossville We have an immediate opening for a Production Coordinator II.
Responsibilities will include: * Replacing device supplies as needed * Clearing paper jams as they occur * Assisting customers in the use of HP devices by demonstrating basic functionality * Responding to customer calls that device is not functioning, and engaging HP break/fix support for repairs * Ensuring that adequate supplies are available at the customer location * Collecting a manual page count at device as needed * Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and reporting any occurrences of customer dissatisfaction to the Account Delivery Manager (ADM) * Providing initial troubleshooting for device problems and/or performing spare device replacements * Performing preventative maintenance on device fleet as directed by the ADM * Providing end user training as needed * Using web-based software to manage the fleet * Proactively monitoring WebJet Admin (WJA) * Updating maps with move, add, or change information, as appropriate * Entering trouble tickets into customer supplied ticket system * Using software (e.g., Word, Excel) to track usage/activities at customer location(s) * Managing onsite spares & maintaining inventory data, tracking locations, and performing swaps * Working with third-party vendors on status of equipment for which they have responsibility Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is a nationwide leader in providing IT Services and Solutions to Fortune 100 corporations, including Help Desk, Desk Side Support, PC Life Cycle Support, PC and Wintel/Unix Server Hardware Maintenance.
