-Support other projects from other engineering/technical staff in other departments
- Support off-shift technical staff as need
-Possess ability to lead a group of maintenance staff from start to completion of improvement projects in a timely manner
- Requires minimal direction from management staff
- Ability to complete projects in a timely manner and report back to management
