Title: Production Engineer (m/f) Location: CH-AG-Birr Strengthen our team in the Reconditioning Lead Center inBirr(AG) and make an important contribution to Thermal Services and the reconditioning of gas turbine components.
Lead projects and participate in a multi-disciplinary engineering team . Implement new turbine blading and combustor components in reconditioning production . Ensure adherence to product and quality requirements . Ensure reliability of the reconditioned gas turbine products . Provide general and component-specific technical documentation . Prove the requested quality criteria during first article inspections . Drive the optimization of manufacturing costs and throughput times to serial production release . Ensure the technical support for the timely and cost-efficient execution of launch orders during the pre-serial production phase . Participate in kick-off meetings . Handle non-conformity reports and provide support to purchasing and order execution groups Degree (HTL, ETH, FH) in mechanical, material, process, aerospace engineering, or similar education including several years of experience in gas turbine technology - Product specialist for turbine blading and / or combustor components, commissioning or assessment engineers are highly welcome . Experience in project management, ideally in a production environment . Good knowledge related to manufacturing methods (CNC-machining, welding, brazing, thermal spray coating and non-destructive testing) as well as automation technology . Proficiency with MS Office applications, Product Data Management and SAP . Motivated team player with an analytical, goal-oriented work style and a strong sense of responsibility and reliability . Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
